It often happens that I want to share a task (be it from a shopping list, or my development checklist) and I try to copy a task or list of tasks (sometimes the result of a search), only to realize DT doesn't support Android's standard sharing mechanism.

Would you consider adding this? It could be as simple as rendering the current task (in the task view activity) or selected tasks (in a task list activity, in action mode) to text or HTML and invoke the sharing dialog. The user would then either select Copy to clipboard, or post or send the contents.

It's already on my todo list for version 2.2. I've been working on a way to leverage the sync service since ToodleDo didn't support sharing tasks natively (they've recently changed that with their 3.0 sync API).

Right now, though, you can share a single task in Due Today by opening up either the task summary activity or the task editor activity. On either of those is an option to share the task and that will go through the standard sharing dialog. I just don't have it enabled for projects or multiple tasks at this time.
