After nearly losing all my phone data this weekend due to the terrible Kitkat update for Android, I decided to get serious about backups. So I set up my Due Today backup using Due Today (rather than Toodledo, because I couldn't get that process to work at all). At first, I was having a problem with old recurring tasks showing up as overdue even after marking them as completed; I ended up deleting all of these tasks, so that's not an issue anymore.

Now the problem is that after it syncs, all the task times are gone. Can anyone help? I'd love to keep using Due Today, but I need my appointment times! Thanks in advance.

What version of Due Today were you using? And, are you syncing with ToodleDo or with the Due Today sync server?

 

I haven't seen any issues with time loss on the tasks yet, but I'll look into it.

I'm using version 2.1.13.689. I'm using Due Today as my sync service. When I do a manual sync, the times stay put; it's when I set it to sync automatically that the times disappear.

I'm still having this issue with every automatic sync. I don't even use the time field anymore because I know it's just going to be erased. Any suggestions? For what it's worth, my repeating tasks just started failing as well. They simply don't repeat. But perhaps that's a new thread!
