Merry Christmas to everyone! I just wanted to post a little announcement that version 1.7 is now available on the site. This is primarily a bug fix attempt as I found several bugs that have gone unreported for quite some time. So, this is mainly to tweak the application into something that is more usable and hopefully more stable.

If you celebrate Christmas I hope you have a good one. I know that I plan to.

I've gotten several reports about this. I'm sorry I missed that as it's working fine on all three of my test machines.

I'm tracking it and will have a fix this afternoon.

It looks like it's entirely on the server (it's the upgrade check). Five minutes and it will be fixed.

Done. There won't need to be a fix issued as the crash was occurring when the program was looking for the latest upgrade (it does this only once per day). I was sending version 1.7 instead of 1.7.0. Due Today was expecting the latter. It's fixed and everything should work correctly now.

It looks like the desktop version is much faster now. Thanks for that!

A few things:
- it doesn't sort projects anymore after adding a new project. After a restart, the projects are sort again.
- It doesn't save some settings. When I choose for minimize the ribbon, or adding new commands on the Quick Access Toolbar, those settings are gone after a restart of Due Today.

I just installed version 1.7 on my Windows 7 PC. I am receiving an error when trying to Sync with Toodledo.com. I have attached a screen shot of the error.



Any thoughts.

@jphillips: That looks like a very easy error to fix. I'll make sure it's corrected this afternoon.

@jasondec72: For your bug I'm going to make it more descriptive so that I can track down where the error occurred. At the moment it's just telling me there was an error, not what was causing the error. After that, I can issue another quick release to make it actually work. If you're interested in running a test version to expedite the matter, please let me know.
