I have been running Due Today on Android almost since day one(a few years now it seems) and just started to delve more into the sync for use with my tasks on a computer.
I tried the Win software when it was first released but it was somewhat buggy and I didn't need anything on the comp more than what Toodledo had to offer, so I left it alone. Now I'm looking to use the sync feature more, and see that Toodledo doesn't exactly match up with Due Today - mostly the subfolders setup etc. I use a lot of subfolders/sub tasks in Due Today, so I can't do without them.
So my question first is, does the Windows software retain the same folder structure etc as the app?
Also, my main question is how is the syncing process with Lakeridge performed to go into the app on my computer? Does it go through the LakeRidge server first? If so, can it be directed into my own server instead and then read by the app on my computer? I would prefer having it this way for security purposes, rather than uploading to some intermediate cloud storage.
