HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

I have been using Due Today on two androids (tablet and phone) and laptop for at least a year.  I use the Due Today server for Sync with no problems.  However, over the past few days I keep getting this message "The following error occurred: "HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error"."

 

This message pops up very frequently in the Windows client, and it no longer syncs with my androids.  

 

I have tried uninstalling and re-installing the software. Unsyncing and resyncing, and even trying to sync using Toodledo.  I keep getting the same message.  Any ideas what's going on and how to fix it?

Sorry about the very long wait on this. I just fixed this on the server. So, if you could please give it a try I would appreciate it.

Thank you very much, Chris. At this moment, all works OK on my windows clients, but I had to made some changes, after trying a lot of things:

  • I uninstalled the software
  • Deleted keys in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Lakeridge
  • Deleted DueToday.db and DueToday.idx in folder C:\Users\MyUser\AppData\Roaming
  • Reinstalled the program
  • And I created a new user on Due Today

Thank you again; DueToday is the best GTD software ever!
