I returned again to use Due Today again after using other task management apps because of the Due Today flexibility and good looks. I see the app has evolved a lot since last time I used it, thank you for that!
I've been searching everywhere for the below feature across all apps:
Consider use case scenario:
I use stars on task to mark this task which not necessarily due today as one of few tasks (usually 3 per day) that absolutely have to be done today.
Current limitation and workaround:
However if one those the most important tasks is actually a recurrent task, then star is kept on the task after the completion of this task occurrence, and have to be manually removed so it will be removed from the most important list.
I know that removing a star in case of synchronization to ToodleDo can be a breaking change and inconsistent change to ToodleDo site, but please consider adding this as "Due Today sync" only feature. This will work great with existent feature of optionally adding starred tasks to the "Today" list which is absolute great!
