I'm an Astrid refugee and trying to figure out the best replacement.  I have an account with Toodledo and have been trying to use Due Today Lite to enable access on my HTC Evo 3D running ICS.  I've had Due Today installed for 4 or 5 days and have yet to receive any notifications, even though 3 tasks have come due.  I created a "test" task due today and didn't receive a notification for it either.  I have the "set default reminder" check box checked, and Due Today shows the 4 tasks due when I open the app.  Is there something I'm missing to get the notifications to show up in Android?

When setting up the task, did you set a reminder time and date? The default reminder is supposed to create the reminder for you automatically when you create a new task. But, it's been a very long while since I updated the lite version (that's something I REALLY need to fix) so it's possible that there's a bug in the reminder code. I'll make a point this weekend to work on the lite version and push out a new update.

Yes, the task had a reminder set (the default reminder that Toodledo sets when you click the reminder checkbox).  I moved to MyToodle and the reminders work fine so far.
