I have just started running a couple of Stardock programs and they are greatly effecting Due Today.  The first one I noticed was with WindowBlinds.  It causes the entire GUI to be completely transparent, like it is invisible.  The other program causing issues is WindowsFX 5.  This program is causing the Reminder Window to not close after closing it once.  The window pops up and I am able to close it.  It then pops up again and I am unable to close it.  Not sure if any other of their programs effect it yet.

I haven't used StarDock software in years, but it's probably due to the component I'm using to give me the Office-style ribbon. I'll have to see if there are any fixes for it as it's a third-party component.
