Hi,

 

I'm running v1.7.5 on Windows and have just started to receive the attached error.

 

The only change I made to the task in question was I changed the due date. I haven't changed contexts for the task. And I haven't changed any of the contexts at all so I don't understand why it thinks it should be merging contexts.

 

When I looked at my task list this morning it had also managed to duplicate this task so I now have ~99 instances of the same task. I've manually cleaned up the duplicates and modified the subject/notes on the remaining task, but it still won't sync.

 

Help please? Are there any log files I should be looking at to get more information?

Hi,

 

Was this enough information to track down the problem? Or do you have any suggestions on how to work around the problem?

 

My trial for Windows is about to expire. If I can't sync there is no point in me converting to a full copy.

OK. Unfortunately I think my trial has expired now so not sure if I'll be able to test that it has resolved my problem.

 

UPDATE: Yes, my trial has expired. Any chance you could please extend my trial so I can test this new version when you get a chance to release it?

So it's half a year later, almost to the day, and after half a dozen attempts to contact via here and the support form I still have not heard back from the team. It would be nice to be able to verify this issue has been resolved but my trial is still expired. I would be happy to buy a licence but I won't do that until I can confirm the product is working. Is the Windows version of Due Today still a going concern or has development/support ceased?
